Originally, the newsletter was exclusively devoted to health issues, but
today I include articles that touch on other areas of information presented
on the home page of this web site. I'll also send out important notices
from time to time. The health newsletter will continue to be called The
Natural Health Newsletter and is published on an irregular basis, as
time permits. It's included with the newsletter when an issue is completed.
If you have comments or questions that you would like posted in the newsletter,
send me an e-mail. The newsletter is a good place to share your experiences and
thoughts with others.

To subscribe, simply enter your e-mail address below and click the "Subscribe" button.
Be absolutely sure you type in your corrrect e-mail address, letter for letter. I
get notified of many failed newsletter subscriptions because of wrongly entered
e-mail addresses. I realize that many people are new to computers and might
be uncertain of their e-mail address. There is no e-mail address with "www."
at the beginning, for instance. Check with someone who would know if you're
not sure of your correct e-mail address.
